Spotlight on Coach Meg!

There are a few coaches in Canada, but NCGTM recommends Mega Supreme Team Coach Meg! She personally attends NCGTM Nationals every year!

She has been involved in NCGTM for the past 6 years and knows the system inside and out! She has also coached with top coaches in the USA, and has learned from the best!

She has consistently had winners every year!

You can check her website out at www.megasupremeteam.com

Coaching is NEVER a must, but some people like to have a bit of an edge and learn the best way to say their intro, pose at the x's, say their tv commercial, etc....

No matter the coach you choose, NCGTM recommends you ask these questions:

1. Have YOU personally competed in pageants, and if so, which ones? What are your wins? Have you held a prestigious title? If not, what is your pageant background? Who did you learn from? (You don't want a coach that learned from only watching Reality TV pageant programs!)

2. Are you willing to contact the director of NCGTM if you don't understand something the director is asking for?

3.  Have you coached girls for NCGTM before, and if so, how did they do?

4. Do you have a solid understanding of the NCGTM system, and if not, are you willing to do your research on this system to ensure I can be as prepared as possible?

Ask the questions - talk to your coach! There are not many Canadian coaches out there, so do your homework! There are some American coaches that do also specialize in this style of pageantry. Bill Alverson and Britney Eskew are 2 that come to mind right now! The difference is they charge about $100-$200 an hour.  Talk to a few coaches and see who you are most comfortable with!
